Assign an exercise for each suit (choose from the listed ones or add your own) and click Start. The stopwatch will start and a card will appear.
The card will tell you what exercise and how many repetitions to do. For example, if you assign Hearts to Pushups and the 5 of Hearts comes up, you'd do 5 pushups.
Aces are worth either 1, Jacks are worth 11, Queens 12, and Kings 13. Jokers are wildcards––do however many repetitions of whatever exercise you'd like.
Hit Next card when you've completed the round.
